Job Description

The day-to-day tasks include providing one-on-one therapy sessions, assisting with skill development, and maintaining accurate progress records under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Minimum of 3 evenings and a Sat or 4 evenings availabilty required. Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
• Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans and working with children with behavioral challenges
• Skills in tracking and recording data, as well as maintaining progress records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is required
• Relevant certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are a plus
