Job Description
t You'll Do:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide caregiver training and support for families
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
• Analyze behavioral data to inform interventions
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
What You Bring:
• Active BCBA certification and state licensure
• Masters in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
