Conduct therapy sessions with patients using evidence-based techniques and approaches.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans for patients.
Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Utilize therapeutic interventions to help patients manage symptoms and improve overall well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Continuously evaluate and monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders and treatment options.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients.
Stay current on research and developments in the field of therapy.
Provide support and guidance to patients in crisis or during difficult times.
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and collaborate on treatment plans.
Act as an advocate for patients and their needs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
