Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for client treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:
• BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field (n/a)
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
