Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. As an RBT with Move Up ABA, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team of professionals to deliver ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders
• Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus
• 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
