ctice specializes in services for children ages 2-5.
In addition to ABA therapy, the practice offers speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as psychological services and a therapeutic-preschool and kindergarten program. The practice's multidisciplinary approach to learning facilitates a holistic approach to intervention that incorporates the perspectives of multiple disciplines.
ABA therapists will work closely with BCBAs with many opportunities for supervision and in-person meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children on your caseload
• Performing data analysis and making data-based decision for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Working closely with the BCBA to implement individualized programs for each child
Other necessary skills and attributes include:
• Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas
• The ability to “connect” with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility
• Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus, but not required. We have an incredible training team!
