Responsibilities

• •At Five Below, associates play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting store operations to enhance the overall shopping experience and make it enjoyable and welcoming for all customers
• •Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, addressing them with empathy and professionalism
• •Share insights on merchandise, suggest alternatives, and propose tailored solutions that align with customer needs
• •Drive customer engagement by promoting store events, promotions, and activities to increase participation
• •Manage customer issues with respect and present alternative solutions where feasible
• •Provide updates on restocking merchandise and customer evaluations to the supervisors
• •Join forces with your team members to achieve the goals outlined for the store and the organization

• •Transfer and organize goods weighing up to 25 pounds and reach shelving that is up to 10 feet high
