Job Description
T: Range from $21/hr-$24/hr
Responsibilities:
· Help children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs in home, school, and community-based settings
· Implement Behavior Analysis Service Plans (BASPs) developed by one of our BCBAs through engaging in 1:1 direct therapy with children
· Document services and data collection through our practice management software (Rethink)
· Support families, school staff, and related service providers to ensure the success of the client
· Communicate with families and supervisors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required or 2+ years of experience working with the neurodivergent population
• Driver’s license and up to date car insurance
• Passing score on background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
