Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Salary: $70-$90 Per Hour

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Salt Lake City, you will:
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports.
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
Qualifications
• Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).
• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake City area.
