Job Description
team of LMFTs and mental health counselors to provide individual counseling and crisis intervention. You will collaborate closely with school staff to implement intervention plans and advocate for student well-being within a diverse community. This role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on comprehensive student care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide evidence-based therapy in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure a unified approach to student wellness.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups for families to improve home-school collaboration.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (IEP/504) to provide clinical insight and progress updates.
