Clinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies)
Conduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with the Therapist(s) and caregiver(s)
Provide training and on-going support to caregivers and staff
Professional Development Fund to assist in maintaining your BCBA Credential
Paid Time Off (holidays, vacation, and sick days)

Qualifications MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or any other related area of study from an accredited institution
BCBA Certification completed
Experience with severely challenging behaviors and the design and implementation of related assessment and intervention strategies
Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practices
Knowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention, and areas of practice specific to developmental disorders
Bilingual skills valued and are highly encouraged to apply
