Job Description
you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBTnbsp;will implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life. The Registered Behavior Technician RBTnbsp;is key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential.
