• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload in a dynamic educational environment.

• Onsite position based in Milpitas, California.
