Job Description

Compensation:
• $72,000–$90,000 annually for a Bilingual CCC-SLP
Location: 4360 Greco Drive, San Antonio, TX 78222
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - (Hours clinic open)
Start with 30-32 hours/week and build to 40 hours. Part-time options will also be considered.
Part-time 20-29 hours and Fulltime 30 hours+/week. 20 hours+ does come with benefits.

Your Role as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy
• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
• Conduct engaging and thoughtful assessments
• Develop and implement therapy plans that are both effective and fun
• Make a meaningful impact by helping children improve communication and build connection
Qualifications
• Pediatric experience (internships and CF experience accepted)
• Texas SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
• A passion for helping children and families thrive
