Job Description

• Initiate appropriate specialty referrals.
• Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff.
• Work with the care team to close care gaps and improve quality measures.
• Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives.
• Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements.
• Provide on-call coverage within the primary care group.
Salary of $240K-280K.
Job Details:
• Board-certified/Clean License.
• 2 years in Family Medicine.
• MD/DO – QTY 2.
• LARGE clinic total 12 providers (both MD/DO and Midlevel’s).
• Growing practice.
• Salary will be in the ballpark of $240 - $280K.
• M-Friday 8-5.
• Mix age patient panel.
• Family Practice.
• Predominantly Private Insurance.
• Outpatient only.
• 8 patients a day.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. There is an on-call rotation every 12 weeks that includes a short Saturday shift from 9am-1pm.

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
