Qualifications

Responsibilities
- •As an Operations Lead, you will work alongside the Store Manager to guide store operations, foster team development, and guarantee a top-tier customer experience
- •Your responsibilities will vary from managing intricate corporate regulations to coaching Store Associates, making a substantial impact on maintaining a high-energy, secure, and efficient ambiance
- •Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash register deposits, and task compliance
- •Team Development: Assist in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates to ensure a positive and respectful team environment
- •Merchandise & Layout: Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor
- •Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and ensure seasonal areas meet company standards
- •Administrative Management: Assist with essential record-keeping, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory ordering
- •Compliance & Loss Prevention: Process corporate directives (Pull and Hold/Destroy), protect company assets, and ensure all associates adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
- •Facility Maintenance: Ensure store-wide cleanliness, including the stockroom, sales floor, and restrooms, to provide a presentable shopping environment
- •Problem Solving: Use strong decision-making skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges in a professional, approachable manner
- •You will take on the direct supervision of freight flow and merchandising, ensuring store standards are met through efficient inventory management and high-impact visual displays
