Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor-s preferred)
• Interest in working with children with ASD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
Schedule & Availability:
• Flexible scheduling available
• Weekday and weekend hours offered
• Sessions may vary based on client needs
Transportation:
• Must be able to commute via public transportation or personal vehicle
• Assignments within a 1-hour commute radius
