Qualifications

• •The ideal candidate has hands on ABA experience and has already operated at a State Director or equivalent level, managing teams and multi site operations
• •This role requires someone who can make strategic decisions, implement scalable systems, and work closely with ownership to drive performance and efficiency

• •Experience working in ABA required
• •1-2+ years in a State Director or equivalent senior leadership role
• •Experience managing multi site operations
• •Strong leadership and decision making ability
• •Proven ability to build systems and scale operations
• •Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a partner level role

Benefits

• •Salary: $100,000-$150,000 + Equity (10-15%)
