Job Description
rganization is hiring licensed Mental Health Clinicians to support multiple outpatient, intake, and intensive outpatient programs across Edison and Newark, NJ. These roles serve diverse patient populations and diagnoses and offer opportunities to specialize in OCD, psychosis, intake services, dementia care, first‑episode psychosis, and outpatient treatment for adults 50+.
Clinicians will work within multidisciplinary teams delivering evidence‑based care in fast‑paced, patient‑centered environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic screenings, and risk evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence‑based interventions
• Facilitate IOP group sessions and weekly individual sessions (program dependent)
• Deliver skills‑based and exposure‑focused therapy when applicable
• Complete intake evaluations and connect patients to appropriate levels of care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APNs, social workers, and peer support staff
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Program Tracks (Assignment Based on Experience)
• IOP – OCD
• IOP – Psychosis
• First Episode Psychosis
• Outpatient Intake (All Ages)
• Outpatient Intake – Dementia
• Outpatient Clinician – Adults 50+
Required Skills
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Active New Jersey licensure (LCSW or LPC)
• 2+ years post‑graduate clinical experience
• Ability to work with diverse and potentially acute populations
Plusses (Role Dependent)
• OCD‑specific clinical experience
• Psychosis or first‑episode psychosis experience
• Acute/inpatient experience (ED, PESS)
• Intake and assessment experience
• Experience working with dementia or older adult populations
• Comfort facilitating group therapy and/or virtual sessions

Benefits
- •Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour
- •Duration: 6‑Month Contract to Hire
- •Hours: 37.5 paid hours/week (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
- •Monday–Friday, Day Shift (Edison)
- •First Episode Psychosis
- •Outpatient Intake (All Ages)
