Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Snohomish, WA

Setting: Clinic-based

Population Served: Children 1.5 - 18 years

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
• Provide consistent supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to maintain clinical excellence and ethical standards
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture that values professional growth and continued learning
• Participate in training opportunities and advanced skill development initiatives

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
• Caseload size: 9-10 cases on average
• Billable hour expectations: Based on client caseload need
