Responsibilities

• •Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a collaborative and student-focused Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support school teams
• •This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the behavioral and learning skills they need to succeed in the classroom
• •School-based BCBA positions offer a unique chance to work alongside educators, therapist, and support staff to create positive learning environments for students who benefit from behavior support
• •Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• •Developing and supporting implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• •Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff
• •Supporting classroom strategies
• •Participating in IEP meetings and team consultations
