Elementary (1 day), Ormond Beach, FL
• Silver Sands Middle School (4 days), Port Orange, FL
Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 5, 2026
• Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Contract role within a public school setting
Qualifications:
• Florida Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
• Will accept Bachelors degree clinicians holding a temporary teaching certificate for the current year (Note: SLPA license not accepted)
• Ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (CFs) is preferred
• Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Support a caseload across multiple schools with flexibility and adaptability
