Responsibilities
- •Answer phones
- •Greet patients
- •Remind patients of their appointment
- •Reschedule the missed appointments
- •Keep the front office area and bathrooms clean
- •Stock all exam rooms
- •Recruit and screen patients for assigned studies
- •Provide education to patients to help with compliance and retention
- •Complete all relevant site-level trainings in a timely manner
- •Understand all internal policies and procedures approved by the Medical Director, Site Director, and any other departments
- •Scanning and data entry
- •Other office task as required by supervisor
