Job Description
Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract assignment. Located near Rialto, CA, this opportunity offers hands-on experience in a school environment, helping learners achieve their fullest potential. Required Skills and Experience:
• Current RBT certification
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in educational settings
• Familiarity with individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collect accurate data and maintain excellent records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Flexibility and reliability for adapting to the dynamic needs of a school day
Key Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, delivering ABA-based support under the direction of supervising behavior analysts
• Assist with the creation, implementation, and adjustment of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Track student progress and collect behavioral data in accordance with school protocols
• Communicate observations and recommendations with the educational team
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate that fosters student growth
