Responsibilities
- •Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- •You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. . . Responsibilities include:
- •Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance
- •Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans
