Qualifications:
• Active Texas license to practice medicine
• Board Certification in EM, IM, or FP
• Completion of Residency
• DEA registrationNRP Certification
• 9 Hours Trauma CME Annually
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in high-stress environments
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine
• Advanced Medical Degree
• Board Certified
• Additional certifications, such as RPNAdvanced skills in Trauma Life Support

Benefits
Responsibilities
- •Hours: 34-hour physician coverage with shifts from 6am-6pm, 12pm-10pm, and 6pm-6am
- •Setting: Level III Trauma Center
- •Schedule: Flexible
- •Responding to codes, intubations, and death pronouncements
- •Providing care in a Level III trauma center
- •Managing 35K annual ED volume
- •Coordinating with OB, Peds, Cardio, Ortho, Radiology, Pathology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Hospitalists
- •Ensuring compliance with facility sheet requirements
- •Performing other duties, as needed
