Be a part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact.Job Responsibilities Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Snohomish area.Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs).Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.Our Ideal Candidate Holds a current license from WA State as an LABA.Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.Passionate about helping children.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Reliable transportation.Qualifications A current license as an LABA in WA.Must pass a criminal background check.Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, or Management of others.Benefits:
