Behavior Technician – Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

Pay: $21–$30/hr (based on highest level of education completed, relevant field of study, and professional experience)

Schedule & Availability
• Part-time: 15–20 hours/week
• Work availability required:
• Monday–Friday afternoons (2:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.)
• Possibly Saturdays (9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)
• Hours vary based on client schedules. No weekday morning hours available
• Full availability for paid training is required:
• 7 consecutive days, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Training
• Paid ABA/Behavior Technician training provided – no prior experience required

Travel
• Must be willing to drive within 15 miles of your home ZIP code

What You’ll Do
• Provide structured behavior therapy sessions using play-based ABA techniques
• Support social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
• Guide motor skills, problem-solving, and daily living skills
• Promote positive behavior using reinforcement techniques

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must provide valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration, and Vehicle Insurance (as an authorized driver) per company policy
• Comfortable using a device for data entry (stipend provided)
• Physically able to kneel, run, lift up to 35 lbs, and move quickly as needed
• Experience with children in school, daycare, or after-school programs preferred
• Background in Psychology, Child Development, or related fields is a plus
