Job Description

Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will empower children as they develop new skills, enhance their confidence, and achieve their goals. You'll work within a collaborative and dynamic team that creates a fun and enriching environment for both the children and our team members.
Your Role Includes:
• Directly engaging with children (typically one-on-one) to support their behavior objectives
• Implementing personalized plans tailored for each child
• Using creativity, play, and patience to facilitate learning
• Supporting families by sharing updates on their child’s progress
• Documenting and tracking the child's developmental milestones
• Collaborating closely with your team and supervisor to provide optimal support for the child

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication abilities
• Patience, kindness, and a positive mindset
• Experience in working with children preferable (training provided for newcomers!)

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in psychology or a related field preferred, or actively enrolled in a degree program in psychology or a related field.
• Experience with children with autism in educational or therapeutic settings for at least 6 months.
• Completion of TB test and livescan clearance.
• Comfort with diaper changes is necessary.
