Job Description

Job Summary

No driving to a stranger's house. No working alone in someone's living room. No more wondering if your session got canceled at 7 AM.

This is a Tuesday at Genesis Autism Center.

We're hiring certified RBTs who want a real career — not a side gig, not a placeholder until something better comes along. Here, being an RBT IS the career. And we treat it that way.

✅ Clinic-based only — zero home visits, zero driving between clients ✅ Full-time hours you can count on every week ✅ BCBAs who actually support you (not just sign your timesheet) ✅ A team that shows up for each other ✅ Room to grow into Senior RBT and Lead roles

If you love this work and you're tired of being treated like you're "just" an RBT — come see what it feels like to be valued.
