Job Description
me-based, Bay Discovery Bay Compensation: $32–$37 per hour Shifts: part-time Shift needed 2:00 PM -6 PM based on the client's needs every Monday Wednesday and Friday, and needs help on the weekends if possible.
About the Case: We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for a sweet young adult male. The position involves helping with hygiene and showers. The client is very sweet and has behavioral concerns. Very easy redirect and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
Accurately document session notes and incident reports
Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
Requirements:
RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs
Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
