Job Description
Join Us to Become a Behavior Tech Rockstar! (...and no, no formal experience required!)
In college or just graduated and figuring out your next move?
Want a job that actually looks good on a resume and feels meaningful?
At Precious Care ABA
, you’ll spend your time helping kids learn, grow, and gain life‑changing skills — all while building real, hands‑on experience in behavioral health, psychology, and education.
You’ll work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or in the community — turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and progress. No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands‑on role where every session is different.
The best part? You don’t need prior ABA experience. Our experienced BCBAs will train and mentor you so you feel confident and supported.
Get Certified (and Get Paid for It)
We’ll help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — and pay you along the way.
• Complete your 40‑hour RBT course
• Get hands‑on training + support from experienced BCBAs
• Earn a training bonus for completing the course and onboarding
This is real experience you can use for grad school or future careers in healthcare.
Your Superpowers
• Work one‑on‑one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build communication, social, and life skills
• Track progress like a pro — collect data, celebrate wins, and actually see your impact
• Work alongside families so the skills children learn in therapy carry into everyday life
What We’re Looking For
• Students or grads in psychology, education, healthcare — or anyone who enjoys working with kids
• Reliable, patient, and energetic
• Experience with kids is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
• Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver’s license + reliable transportation)
Requirements
• In college or recently graduated (psychology, education, healthcare a plus — but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and energetic
• Enjoy working with kids (this matters more than experience)
• Experience with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (especially PM hours)
• $20–$30/hr pay based on experience
• Flexible schedules (perfect for students)
• Clients close to home (we keep travel reasonable)
• Training bonus for completing the 40‑hour course + onboarding
• Bonus programs (earn more for performance, attendance, and consistency)
• RBT Rewards Program — get recognized and rewarded as you grow
• Career Path Program — clear growth into advanced roles (RBT, Lead, BCBA track)
• Referral program — earn bonuses for bringing friends on board
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced BCBAs
• Real hands‑on experience for grad school (ABA, OT, SLP, nursing, teaching, etc.)
• Opportunities for growth within the company
