We are looking for RBTs to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens, NY. We offer outstanding ongoing training and supervision.
These are part-time positions that are available after school hours on weekdays, and/or weekends. We are especially interested in hearing from you if you are a LMSW or MHC-LP.
Responsibilities
• Implementing behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting and recording behavioral data to monitor the learner’s progress
• Working collaboratively with parents to teach a variety of life skills
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Collect behavioral and skills-based acquisition data during sessions
• Complete progress notes related to the implementation of intervention plans
• Make learning fun!
Requirements
• A minimum of an associate’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience working with children or adolescents with special needs is desirable
• Enthusiasm, energy, and reliability are required
