Hiring CBT's (Certified Behavior Technician)
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions, Seeking Certified Behavior Technicians! Our program is expanding, and we're looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliableCertified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a 4-year-old client for approximately 25-30 hours per week.

What you'll do:
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client's individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
What you'll need:
• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Minimum of two years' experience working with children
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
