Job Description
in-office or virtually, your role will focus on promoting emotional well-being, resolving relational conflicts, and helping clients build resilience in their personal and relational lives.
Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families using appropriate therapeutic modalities
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
• Participate in supervision, case consultation, or team meetings (depending on practice setting)
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and ethical standards
Requirements
• Active Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in Maryland
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to engage clients across diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong ethical standards, professional demeanor, and commitment to confidentiality
