The Treetop ABA continues to expand and is recognized for its high-quality service delivery across multiple regions, with both hybrid and in-clinic programming supported by strong clinical leadership and operational infrastructure.
The Role
We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-home/community-based clinical work with remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
Requirements
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• State LBA license (required or in process)
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
