Qualifications
- •The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry arts and culinary arts, have exceptional customer service skills, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •It also requires the willingness to learn new skills while adapting to changing business needs
- •You must be willing to work at both Ollio-The Colony location primarily and Ollio-Frisco location on an as-needed basis

- •Attendance: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- •Availability: Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- •Standards Compliance: Meet store operating policies and standards, including working towards producing high quality menu items while maintaining food safety is essential
- •Learning Ability: Ability to learn quickly
- •Communication Skills: Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- •Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills
- •Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team
- •Physical: Be able to lift items weighing up to 50lb, function in a commercial kitchen and perform duties by standing for extended duration
- •Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships
- •Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to commute to work and also between Ollio-Frisco and Ollio-The Colony if needed
- •Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities
- •As a Bakery Associate, you will produce menu items and assist with completing the weekly production schedule
- •This position requires the ideal candidate to be flexible and willing to multi-task both in the commercial kitchen and retail storefronts
- •Food Safety: Practice food safety, clean/sanitize surfaces and follow company operating guidelines regarding food safety
- •Mis En Place: Perform mis en place of ingredients according to weekly/daily production schedules
- •Production: Prepare menu items according to recipes in a timely manner
- •Baking: Perform baking activities according to production plan
- •General Kitchen Cleanup: Perform duties such as sweeping, mopping cleaning/sanitizing food contact areas on an ongoing basis
- •Inventory Audits: Perform inventory audits and identify necessary purchases
- •Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately and ensure a positive customer experience
- •Store Set Up: Assist with serving and setting up bakery items, including pastries and other baked goods
- •Store Open/Close: Perform store opening/closing duties as needed
- •Cash Handling and Accountability: Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash accurately
- •Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
