Qualifications

  • •Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant area
  • •10+ years of experience in clinical development/operations within clinical research
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional teams in a matrix, fast- paced environment
  • •Strong familiarity with regulatory expectations and guidelines
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • •As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic clinical leadership across the development, validation, and adoption of Aika
  • •You will ensure that our platform and services meet the highest standards of scientific rigor, clinical relevance, and regulatory expectations in the industry
  • •Support with the clinical strategy for Aika, aligning product roadmap and capabilities with the evolving needs of pharma, biotech, and CRO customers
  • •Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of internal validation studies and external collaborations that demonstrate the clinical impact and reliability of Aika
  • •Foster a culture of excellence in scientific validation, quality control, and client engagement
  • •Serve as the senior clinical counterpart to Product and Engineering, guiding requirements for evidence generation, traceability, and clinical decision support
  • •Establish and govern standards for clinical quality, including review frameworks for platform-generated content (e.g., protocols, feasibility analyses, regulatory documentation)
  • •Drive the development of high-impact scientific outputs (publications, conference presentations, white papers) that position Aika as a reference AI-native platform for clinical trials
  • •Represent Biorce in external scientific and industry forums, strengthening our presence among key opinion leaders, regulators, and strategic partners
