Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support positive behavioral and academic outcomes Monitor and adjust interventions through data collection and analysis Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies Ensure compliance with district policies and licensure requirements Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA licensure required Experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with ASD Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and work collaboratively within an educational team Completion of fingerprinting and background clearance per Florida school district standards Position Details:
