Clinical Director (BCBA)
Join our dynamic and committed team as a Clinical Director (BCBA)! In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide exceptional clinical oversight and mentorship to a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, while maintaining a realistic caseload that allows for ongoing engagement in direct clinical work. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs in your area.
• Manage a caseload of clients, overseeing treatment plans effectively.
• Ensure clinical compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports with precision.
• Deliver ongoing training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to staff.
• Support clinical teams through case consultations and problem-solving initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical quality, documentation, and treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine clinical systems and enhance service delivery.
• Assist in developing clinical staff, including hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Foster positive relationships with families, providers, and community partners for effective teamwork.
Qualifications:
• Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Possess or be able to obtain Utah LBA certification.
• Demonstrated experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep commitment to providing ethical, high-quality ABA services.
Experience:
• Preferably 5+ years of experience as a BCBA.
• Proven experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs.
• Skilled in reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Background in quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
