Master's Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. State of Michigan Licensed BCBA. $50/hr for every hour billed over 28 a week. Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with an ASD. Working knowledge of behavior assessments and interventions with individuals with ASD. Ability to develop programs for children and teenagers of various developmental levels. Provide a minimum of 200 hours direct and supervision for ABA cases, including assessments, treatment planning, ongoing re-assessment, parent training, and staff supervision. Oversees implementation of treatment plans including providing initial and ongoing training and feedback to direct care staff to ensure fidelity of treatment. Supervise up to 2 BCBA candidates after minimum of 1 year of employment in accordance with the standards set for by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. Train and supervise staff. Benefits:
