What you’ll be doing:
• Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs
• Collaborating closely with families and caregivers
• Analyzing data and making real-time treatment adjustments

What we’re looking for:
• Active BCBA certification Required
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a hands-on, in-person environment

Position details:
• Full-time and part-time options available
• In-person services in home and/or community settings
• Monday to Friday daytime hours
• Flexible scheduling within your assigned caseload

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly pay
• Salary $100,000-$130,000
