Qualifications and Experience:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children in behavioral or educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment protocols with consistency and accuracy
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
