Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in students' lives? ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive school district in Caldwell, Idaho, for the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small-group student support
Implement behavior intervention plans and classroom accommodations
Assist students with academic, social, and functional skill development
Support classroom management and positive behavior strategies
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
For Paraprofessionals:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be willing to rapidly obtain your RBT certification while on this active assignment with ProCare Therapy; full reimbursement is eligible with valid proof of completion and receipt.
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Experience in special education or behavioral support settings strongly preferred
For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience implementing ABA strategies preferred
• School-based experience is a plus
