Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services tailored to elementary-aged students
• Support students in individual and small group sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
• Help implement therapy plans and monitor progress under the supervision of a certified SLP
• Collaborate with school staff to promote positive communication outcomes and share relevant information related to student progress
Qualifications:
• Valid Minnesota SLPA license is required and must be active (no pending applications accepted)
• Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Ability to engage with elementary students effectively and compassionately
• Strong communication and organizational skills to support therapy implementation and documentation
This role offers a structured workweek with the opportunity to impact young learners' communication abilities in a school setting. Candidates holding a current Minnesota SLPA license with experience supporting speech services in schools are encouraged to apply.
