Compensation-$27.00 per hour based on experience and availability. Benefits are also offered including paid time off.
What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized behavior intervention plans that support children in reaching their developmental, communication, and social goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide One‑On‑One ABA Therapy: Deliver individualized therapy sessions during both daytime and evening shifts, as scheduled, in home and clinic settings.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow behavior protocols as outlined by the supervising BCBA to address skill deficits and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Document and Submit Session Notes: Accurately complete all clinical documentation, including session notes and data logs, within 24 hours of service.
• Collect and Report Data: Record client performance using data collection tools and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in Supervision and Training: Attend regularly scheduled supervision and training sessions to meet BACB standards and stay current with best practices.
• Collaborate with Families and Clinical Teams: Maintain professional communication with families, BCBAs, and team members to support consistent and effective care.
• Maintain Compliance and Confidentiality: Follow HIPAA guidelines and all organizational policies to ensure the privacy and integrity of client information.
Required Qualifications
• Active RBT certification listed in the BACB registry at time of hire.
• Minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy or a related behavioral health field.
• Availability for both daytime and evening shifts (specific schedule will be set during onboarding).
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned client sites.
• Ability to consistently maintain a minimum 30 billable hours per week
