Your Role
As a Full-Time RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
• Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
• Collaborate closely with the BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
• Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
What We're Looking For
• Active RBT certification
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Experience supporting individuals in educational, clinical, or community settings
• A strong passion for serving individuals with autism and developmental differences

Responsibilities
- •Job Type: Full-Time
- •Hours: FULL TIME 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
