We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Manteca, CA . As a BCBA at Ascend, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their development and success. This is a full-time, hybrid role with competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year , based on experience.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, early interventionists/ infant development specialists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
Maintain compliance with the BCBA's ethical and professional standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families.
Location: Manteca, CA (at least once a week)
Schedule: Full-time, in-person role in Manteca.
