Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in a school environment by providing critical behavioral support to a 5th-grade student through evidence-based ABA practices. This part-time, onsite contract opportunity is tailored for a dedicated professional eager to collaborate within an educational setting while focusing on individualized student care.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Valid NY State credentials as an ABA therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Demonstrated experience implementing ABA strategies with school-aged children
• Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in maintaining consistent session schedules
• Familiarity with school-based documentation and progress monitoring procedures

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct ABA therapy tailored to the specific educational and behavioral needs of a 5th-grade student
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and family members to craft and adjust intervention strategies
• Record detailed session notes and behavioral data to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment planning
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights on intervention outcomes, sharing updates in a professional manner
• Maintain compliance with all state requirements and ethical standards in behavioral health practice
