Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
⏳ Hours: 5 – 40 hours per week (depends on part-time or full-time position)

Position Details
• Part-time (minimum 5 hours per week)
• Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule (daytime, after school, evenings, and weekends as needed)
• Home-based therapy services with occasional Telehealth sessions

Responsibilities
• Conduct pediatric patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders using either DAYC-2 or Bayley Scales 4th Edition
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders, direct in-home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care as needed
• Monitor and document patient progress electronically and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on speech and language strategies for improvement
• Abide by ASHA CFY standards and guidelines for supervision

Qualifications

✔ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
✔ Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language
✔ CCC-SLP certification and California state licensure (required)
✔ Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience with children and early intervention (preferred)
✔ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
✔ CFYs are encouraged to apply
